1 out of 5 starsThe item never shipped. Contacted the seller and she said she was having issues with notifications and would carve out time to make them. 3 weeks later still no response, nothing shipped. Etsy support had to intervene and refund my money.

2 out of 5 starsI felt like I had given enough time to get the package delivered. I even contacted the seller and told her the date of the party, but I still did not get it on time. Also the seller never reached out to me to tell me I couldn’t get it on time. Very disappointing

This post is accurate. Though the processing times are listed in the description and the date wasn't provided until much too close to the event date. She still got them before her event and all was shipped with Priority USPS with tracking. Unfortunately, the previous reviews allow for comments like these to breed. But the satisfied customers are satisfied and don't leave damaging comments. I'm really sorry that the timeliness was unsatisfactory. I do my best to ensure that you receive your items in time. And that is absolutely the case in this instance as well.

1 out of 5 starsI wish I could put here all the conversation that I had with Melissa just to warn you how many lies she tell. I never recive my order. I have waited 11 weeks. She never tell me that she wasent able to ship me my order. So I have waited and waited and waited. One of the last message she send me when I ask if my order will be send that week was exatly : Yes. I promise. Pinky promise. Super duper promise :). She even lies to Etsy. She told them that it was normal that international shipping took more than a week, and ask them to give her a few more days for my parcel to arrive. And the same exact day, she refund me... so the parcel wasent shipped at all. Anyways, good luck if you want to buy from her.

I had fully refunded this order after the buyer continued to file complaints after our agreement; just as she continues to leave individual damaging reviews. There's nothing more that I could have done but satisfy her by returning her money.

2 out of 5 starsThe seller was very nice and we were able to come to a resolution and refund rather easily, but my items were not finished or shipped in time for my wedding party gifts. The seller said they had shipped, but I never received shipping information past a label being created, or a package. I had to send my sister out the night before my wedding to buy different gifts as I was promised they would arrive in time but obviously did not. Sad, because they look like a beautifully handmade product. I would caution to leave lots of extra time for delivery and explicitly state the date you need them shipped as well as received to save you the added stress close to your wedding.

1 out of 5 starsI never recive the order. The vendor lie to me that it was shipped and it wasent. I have waited for 11 weeks. Many times she told me that she will arrange that because my shippment mignt be lost but she did nothing. Most of the time it take 3 to 4 days before she ansewer your questions, when she answer it.

I attempted to cancel this order several times knowing that I couldn't complete it. Nor did I want to given that the buyer chose to curse at me often instead of making inquiries. According to Etsy policy, the buyer must agree to the seller cancelling an order. I was in a bind between customer service and fulfilling a platform policy that didn't work for my shop, that I own, and operate - a catch 22. Ultimately, I chose to go against policy so that I can return the buyers money and back out of a product that I couldn't fulfill or endure more harassment from the buyer. I do everything I can to please my customers. It's a busy season and response times are a little slower for wedding vendors this time of year. I am so sorry that I couldn't make this one happy. I tried.

Custom and personalized orders
I love custom orders. Add any item or set to your cart. Click on the link in the listing description to find the menu of customization options or find the Customization Section in the Say You Do Shop to add as many additions to your cart. You can also send a convoy and request a special link that includes the details for your order.

Our sizing details are found in the listing description. On some devices, the listing description is found in a drop down box under the item image.
Care instructions
Most of our items are machine washable. Since many of our items are customized, we encourage washing with care. Hand washing is encouraged.

Processing and Shipping
Most of our items are made to order and take approximately three weeks for completion in the order that they were received. Our busiest months are April through October. Please feel free to check in anytime to say hello and receive an update. Virtual high fives and coffee are always well received :)
